Unpopular opinion from someone who actually runs businesses on AI:
Every week there's a new "game-changing" tool. I've tested plenty. Here's my filter, and it has never failed me:
Build only what directly generates revenue or saves 5+ hours a week. Park everything else.
That filter killed 80% of my own automation ideas. The 20% that survived run my businesses today.
AI isn't a magic employee. It's leverage — and leverage only multiplies something that already works.
Fix the offer. Fix the follow-up. Then automate.
